前半：子どもたちがアートに触れる機会を地域でもっと増やしていきたいと、平日は公立学校に勤め、休日は教員仲間とアート教室を地域で開く。その後子どものアート教室を開業し10年経営。 後半：妊娠出産育児の機会を得て、女性の生きづらさや良さに気づく。企業のコワーキング事業に従事。どのような母親も自分らしく生きられる地域社会を作ろうとNPO法人を設立する。任意団体の期間を含めて10年経過。女性が抱える社会課題に対し地域コミュニティを力にし取り組んでいる。
