崇：大阪、神戸の設計事務所にて経験を積み、31歳のタイミングで和歌山に戻り、Guesthouse RICOの設計・運営を全面的に行う。現在Guesthouse RICOを運営している株式会社ワカヤマヤモリ舎の代表取締役を勤める。 麻里：神戸でまちづくりの経験を経て、商業施設プランナーとして大阪・東京で働く。和歌山に両親の実家があり6年前に移住。Guesthouse RICOの運営に携わり現在に至る。
