栃木県小山市出身。埼玉県内の大学を卒業後、オフィス家具メーカーを経て、「ジャパンエリアマネジメント（JAM）」に入社。エリアマネジメント広告事業の立ち上げなどに携わる。 地域の課題解決のためには現場に飛び込むことが重要と考え、2009年に栃木県へ帰郷。「マチヅクリ・ラボラトリー」を設立。「ユニオンスタジオ」でのフリーペーパーの発行や、コワーキングスペース「HOTTAN」などの活動などを展開。 「エリア・イノベーション・アライアンス（AIA）」の理事として、全国各地のまちづくり団体や企業の支援も手がける。 ●マチヅクリ・ラボラトリー：http://machi-lab.strikingly.com ●HOTTAN：http://socoarea.jp/HOTTAN/
