1977年富山県生まれ。父も両祖父も起業家という家庭で育つ。大阪市立大学生活科学部を卒業後、国内の不動産デベロッパー数社で、仕入れ、企画、マンション販売、リーシングから、人事、教育、広報・IR、営業支援システム開発、教育プログラム開発など、フロントからバックまで全般的な業務に従事。2014年8月独立、オクシイを設立し、同年12月に保育サービス付シェアオフィス「マフィス馬事公苑」を開業。プライベートでは1男1女の母。
