栃木県宇都宮市出身。早稲田大学卒業後、人材系ベンチャー企業の社長室にて、中小ベンチャー企業向け幹部人材の採用営業、採用イベントの企画運営を多数経験。また、助成金を活用した人材育成企画の立案・運営にも従事する。 その後、新会社の人材紹介事業部立上げに参画。事業計画・営業計画策定、営業、社内インフラ整備を手掛ける。 前職ビジネスコンサルティング会社においては、都会と地方の「ヒト」・「モノ」・「カネ」資源を循環させ、「地域活性化」を目指し、事業責任者として農業事業の新たな収益モデル作りに従事。生産・加工・販売の垂直統合を実践し、物販・飲食事業を立上げる。 2014年三好市池田町に移住。創業。 2017年2月にオウライ株式会社を立ち上げ、代表取締役就任。
