三鷹市生まれ・武蔵野市在住。中大法卒、25歳から自営業として行政書士と就活塾を開業。社会保険労務士の母と一緒に事業を展開。自身の出産を経て子連れコワーキングスペースをオープンし、子育て世代の人間として後押しあり市議選に出馬。現在は週の半分が店、半分が役所な生活で4歳・2歳育児中。趣味は合唱、歌うことが大好き。
